We've had several people ask so we thought we would address all the questions at once.
The service will be approximately an hour. We are anticipating upwards to 1000 people attending, therefore in order to keep it short we will not have an open mic for people to speak. If you'd like to share something please email it to us and we will add it to our "share" page here on the site. Because of the large number anticipated, we will not have a food receiption. We're going to donate that money to Project Ride instead of purchasing food. We will have a time after the service for everyone to mingle and visit with us. There will be water available and several photo albums for you to look through. There will not be childcare provided. We appreciate everyones prayers, comments and support. We look forward to seeing you on the 30th.
Dear Sonda,
I will be unable to attend Baylee's service on Sat. due to family plans, that I cannot change. But I did want "to say a few words".... I am so happy I got to know you and your sweet Baylee when I first began working at Easter Seals back in 2007. I always enjoyed seeing her happy face and calm sweet spirit. She was such a joy to work with and I know you loved her very much! You were such an awesome mama to her! God knew what He was doing when He gave her to you and your husband. I was so saddenned to hear of her illness and prayed daily for you and your family for strength and peace through this "storm" of life. I also prayed for sweet Baylee to not have pain or suffer, for she was so dear and beautiful to have to go through that. Please know that my family and me will remember you on Saturday and will continue to pray for you as you say your final "see-you-later". For we know we will see Baylee again and then she will be running and jumping on streets of gold!
